I keep seeing that there are special tools like driver recognition installed so that another person can not blow for the person who is intoxicated but I know for a fact that this persons car breathalyzer device does not have those things as she gets random strangers from the casino parking lots to blow into it as well as close friends and relatives. She gets drunk everytime she goes out to the casinos and she is is the main driver as her boyfriend lost his license years ago. Even with this tool she is still going to end up hurting or killing someone. I know someone who has this in her car.
